Shake It Up For Spring!

Hello beautifuls! Penelope here, and I’m back to share some fun recipes to help enjoy the steadily warming weather, and maybe shed off a few of those cookie pops… maybe.

The season of fresh fruits and more sun is a’coming, so transfer the spring feelings into your kitchen. Blending a variety of pretty colored fruits together always results in a happy tongue, happy tummy and even happier mood.

Here are some good fruit smoothie formulas for you to give the blended trend a spin with:

Tangerine Dream
1 normal orange
1 blood orange
small piece of ginger
1 cup orange-flavored yogurt
1/2 cup milk

Coconut Craziness
1 banana
1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes
1 cup coconut milk
splash of coconut water
a couple leaves of mint

Almond Awesomeness
1 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup almond flakes
1 cup almond milk
