Hey ladies, welcome back to Street Style! Hailing from Cardiff, Nokhuthula Nyoni is the bright and sunny personality behind the amazing new blog, CrystalCosmicChic. Since entering the blogosphere only a little less than a year ago, Nokhuthula has definitely attracted attention: her bright and colourful style makes a huge statement in every one of her outfit posts, and everyone here at insidefruits loves it! Nokhuthula has devoted her life to fashion – working as a Visual Merchandiser for a well-known fashion label all day; you would think she wouldn’t have the energy to blog, or the interest in doing it but no! She loves fashion and we love that! So without further ado, here is Nokuthula Nyoni!

1. How did you come up with your blog name?
It was one of those flash moments; I had no real idea what my blog was going to be about back then in November 2012. All I knew was that I wanted a space I could call my own, somewhere I could express myself through my clothing. Crystal basically expresses my love for crystals, Cosmic is something that is out of this world so here is to hoping my blog is and Chic refers to fashion. That’s how CrystalCosmicChic was formed.

2. What’s the one statement piece you’re currently saving for?
I’m not really big statement pieces, I love mixing things up so I’m never able t save up for just one thing. I do however have my eye on Mango’s wool-bend oversized coat.

3. What 3 things would you take on a desert island?
I wouldn’t really take 3 things, more like 3 suitcases but here goes:
-Water
-My beloved HTC One X
-My laptop so I can still blog. Wouldn’t want to leave you guys high and dry.

4. What would be your dream job?
Professional Fashion Stylist

5. What does fashion mean to you?
A prevailing mode of expression, individualism, fun and allowing yourself to dress however you want regardless of what other people think. Being comfortable in wearing whatever you like at your own pace, never losing sight of who you are; that is fashion to me.
